The daily rhythm
The fast runs from 12:01 AM to 6 PM, Sunday through Friday, broken with one meal of salads and fruit and a small protein if needed. On Saturdays the fast is optional, from 12 AM to 12 PM, and prayer, reading and the day's message continue. Alpha Hour is a choice: join the live broadcast at 12 AM GMT, which is 8 PM Eastern, or watch the replay at midnight. Potter's City and live Alpha Hour run on Ghana time, so from November 1, when US clocks go back, they fall an hour earlier and the evening blocks move with them: the Monday to Thursday message goes to 5 PM, live Alpha Hour to 7 PM, and the blocks after it start an hour sooner.

Put this on your own calendar
The calendar file works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Import it into a new, separate calendar so you can share it, recolour it, or remove it in one step.
- In Google Calendar on a computer, open Settings, choose Add calendar, then Create new calendar, and name it 70-Day Fast.
- Still in Settings, choose Import and export, pick the .ics file, select the 70-Day Fast calendar, and import.
- To share it, open that calendar's settings and add people under Share with specific people, or copy its shareable link.
